After many years toiling away in the mines of reality TV, commercials and branded content, BISTRO was started by Elliot Clifford as a place to play around with stories, cameras and actors.

He has worked as Production Coordinator for companies including Matchbox NBCUniversal, ITV, Endemol Shine Australia, and on programs for every Australian FTA network as well as Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV+.
